Diane Robben the Artist from 1895 Copper Mule Studio
A Fine Arts Gallery - Your artistic site for inspired works featuring Diane Robben the Artist!
The forest at the edge of the old Richville School grounds holds a magical attraction enticing us to stroll through and walk among the best nature has to offer. This painting was completed at the time this location was being used by Faith Fellowship Church as their full time worship location. The grounds were kept clean by one of the members. This view was always a favorite for everyone. I revisited the location recently and it is totally overgrown and is not so inviting. When I was a child this school building was the location of my piano recitals with my piano teacher, Leona McIntyre. She usually directed us in a musical play performed for our parents. One particular play we were asked to perform for the Alumni Banquet. I wonder if anyone else remembers this? The original building burned and was rebuilt just about the year before it was no longer used, who knew it would have such a musical and reverent future?
Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. It is my pleasure to share my paintings with you.
